Upscale campaign appeals to the downsizer market

12 August, 2018 – Sunday Times

Celsius Property Group, in association with award-winning Hillam Architects, have just secured their development approval for Lucent Claremont – a boutique development of only 40 apartments that overlooks the historic Claremont Oval and Lake Claremont Golf Course.

After their children move out of home many people find that they are left with a house that is too big. However, when looking to downsize, it is difficult for buyers to find an apartment that still allows them to enjoy their desired lifestyle.

Over the past 2 months Celsius Property have run an innovative ‘Design Your Own Apartment’ campaign for their Lucent Claremont development to address this gap in the market. In its final days, the campaign enables people to customise the layout and aesthetic of a premium apartment and bring their dream home into reality.

“Our ‘Design Your Own Apartment’ campaign allows buyers to ‘right-size’ while creating their own luxurious, bespoke apartment in a prime location,” says Richard Pappas, Managing Director of Celsius Property Group.

“Rather than buying off the plan, people are able to actually customise the plan.”

People can configure their own generously sized 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom or 3-bedroom apartment to suit their specific needs and tastes. For example, altering the size of the living areas and increasing or decreasing the number and size of the bedrooms. Deluxe penthouse apartments are also available.

Special attention has been paid to ensure that Lucent Claremont residents enjoy the benefits of right-sized living while retaining the lifestyle they are accustomed to. For example, guests can be entertained in the second-floor Residents’ Retreat. It features a range of creature comforts such as a chef-grade kitchen and personalised wine cabinet, as well as access to an adjacent landscaped terrace and decked outdoor areas overlooking Claremont Oval.

Hillam Architects has designed Lucent Claremont to create a sense of community by encouraging ‘incidental encounters’ and conversations with fellow residents in communal spaces such as the entertaining deck or herb garden. Amana Living will also offer optional add-on services, including cleaning and general assistance within the home.

Located on Davies Road only 350m from Claremont’s superb café and restaurant precinct, this exciting new development is unanimously supported by the Town of Claremont council and received Development Approval on 31 July 2018.

“Buyers still have the opportunity to participate in the ‘Design Your Own Apartment’ campaign. Anyone who misses out can be assured that Celsius Property Group and Hillam Architects will incorporate the invaluable insights from campaign participants into the final apartment plans, which will officially be released in late September.” Richard Pappas said.
